I think my working day - from morning to night – is important. I manage the quality of the material, and sometimes I am involved in the organisation of internal production. The pandemic has led me to broaden my scope and I often also find myself helping with some manual work. I like it, I think getting to know the environment and the people I work with well has a positive impact. I have never had a problem with changing my schedule and working extra hours, and I must say that it is an attitude shared by many of my colleagues, because we see it as something natural. Personally, I see the commitment that everyone puts into their work and this becomes an impulse. Recently, because of Covid, I have often had to ask employees to work on weekends and they have always said yes, feeling that they are all part of a common cause. It's great how we can all get going on complicated orders adapting to customer demands. We know that this is the strength of the company.
